In 2024, a brand-new condominium in Toa Payoh's Lorong 1 will open in a desirable location in one of Singapore's oldest and most established neighbourhoods, Toa Payoh. With a bid of S$968 million, or S$1,360 per square foot per person, a consortium comprising City Developments Ltd (CDL), Frasers Property, and Sekisui House secured the third site at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh. Two other groups, one from GuocoLand and the other from CapitaLand Development, also placed bids for the plot.
